2) High-Intensity Interval Training

HIIT (high-intensity interval training) involves short bursts of exercise followed by an equal amount of rest, and it’s deemed just as effective at burning fat as running at a steady pace.

3) Weight training

Weight-bearing exercises are an excellent way of toning your muscles and reducing the appearance of cellulite. Research showed that just 30 minutes of weight training can significantly reduce skin dimpling.  Weight training includes the use of barbells, dumbbells, or kettlebells.

4) Yoga

Yoga has proven to do many good things: It’s linked with better sleep, improved mood, and increased bone strength. What’s more, those new to yoga often say it helps them feel more focused and more relaxed.

Yoga is a great place to start if you’re looking for ways of reducing the appearance of cellulite on your legs.

Stretching to Reduce the Appearance of Cellulite

Stretching is an essential part of a good workout routine because it helps improve flexibility and maintain muscle tone. Doing active stretches after every workout session increases blood flow throughout your body and prevents soreness.

Concentrating on your breathing instead of how much pain you might be feeling will reduce tension and stress in other areas of your body, such as the shoulders and neck.
