My name is Renee and I am a 59-year-old, retired mother of two adult children, and I have three adorable grandchildren.  In 2013, I retired after working 29 years for the Government. I planned to live out my remaining days doing what I loved.  I am passionate about fitness and started a personal training business.  I am an avid recreational tennis player and I love to travel to play in tournaments.  Today, I am the adoptive mother of my three-year-old granddaughter and the primary caretaker of my 93-year-old mother. Yes, I am a sandwiched matriarch, facing the many challenges that come with caring for my elderly mother and my toddler granddaughter.
