You have to pamper yourself. At least once a week, when the grandchildren are sleeping, I take time to unwind with a relaxing bath.  I gather together all of my favorite spa products, run a tub of hot water, and soak for 45 minutes to an hour.  I love to use epsom salt because of it’s many benefits. It helps to reduce stress, relieves sore muscles, reduces swelling and inflammation, and helps me get a good night’s sleep.  I use lavender epsom salt at bedtime.  Lavender plus epsom salt is a great stress reliever. 

During this quiet bath time is the perfect time to use my favorite face mask.  It makes me look like Michael Myers, however, when I take it off, my skin feels softer because of the increased moisture added to the skin.  Regular use of the mask makes this 59 year old face look younger by reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

It’s a special treat when you can go to a spa to get pampered, but you get the same benefits if you pamper yourself at home from a home and it won’t break the budget.  So take time for yourself, at least once a week! http://www.orderyourskincare.com
